Just wanted to send a quick email, to say thankyou for your amazing service that we received going to and from Gatwick Airport. Our driver was Richard on both journeys, he arrived early to collect us from home helped with all the luggage. On return there was good communication as to where he would be waiting for us when we landed and he stopped off at some shops so we could get some last minute supplies. He was polite and courteous at all times asked about our holiday etc Certainly took the stress out of travelling everything was so simple and smooth 👌 thankyou so much. Will definitely be using again.
I have been regularly travelling between Hastings and Gatwick with your chauffeur service, booked by Photek Ltd, since November 2021 and I write to say - and share with you and the whole team at Premier - how impressed and delighted I am at the extremely high quality of service and attention I have continually experienced. Your cars are impressive, comfortable and immaculately turned out for every trip I have taken. Even more importantly your chauffeur personnel have always and continually been a delight and pleasure to travel with on the long journeys between Hastings and Gatwick. As well as having comfortable rides in their skilful driving, I have always enjoyed engaging discussions with all drivers and the journeys have been greatly shortened as the time passes quickly by with always varied and amusing conversations...I shall miss them all after my final trip on Friday. Many thanks for a comfortable ride back from Gatwick on June 2nd with Robert who was excellent from meeting us at Arrivals to delivering us to our front door. We had to make arrangements at the last minute but the process was handled very professionally greatly reducing the stress and Premier could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended!
Just wanted to say a massive thank you for the amazing service following our trip to and from Turkey. Kate collected us from home to Gatwick and we were met on our return visit quite late at night and driven back to Bexhill, we flew back slightly early and the pick up was completely stress free and we can't thank you enough. Look forward to seeing you next July 23.

Hello, Just to say thank you for our excellent and stress-free journeys to and from Heathrow recently. Liam skipped through the rush hour traffic on M25 whist Les was waiting as arranged with our name clearly on a board. We came back rather more sedately but very safely. It's surprising how many people we know who use your services and we are always glad to tell others of you. No doubt we shall be in contact again. Best wishes.
I would just like to say thank you for the excellent service I received yesterday upon hiring one of your cars to travel to my mothers funeral in Gosport. The car was spotless inside and out and your driver exactly on time on each occasion. The driver was very friendly and cheerful but also sympathetic to our situation. He was also very encouraging to my wife when she was a little stressed during the journey as she regrettably suffers from dementia. Once again excellent service and I would not hesitate to use you again should the situation arise. I would be happy to recommend Premier Travel to anyone.
This was the second time we used Premier in 2018 and once again the service for our journey to, and pick up from, Heathrow was first class. The Mercedes vehicles were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and both drivers were on-time, courteous, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Write to thank you for the efficient service you provided for my wife and I on our recent trip abroad. Both drivers(Les and Mark) were on time, smart and provided just the right amount of conversation. I am not a particularly good flyer, so get nervous before a flight and do not always want to talk. The cars were nice and clean and the bottle of water provided was a nice touch, thank you. I will of course mention your service to friends and relatives.
I would just like to thank one of your drivers Richard. Today 29/05/2018 He took me and a student to Heathrow airport, even though he had to wait at least 4 hours to take me back to Hastings, he was very professional and courteous and he made the journey a pleasant one.
We just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for excellent service - again. Graham took us from Battle to Heathrow. We told him how stressed we had been the day before due to problems checking in on line from home for our United Airlines flight which was due to a variety of things such as both having new passports. We were concerned that we would have issues at Heathrow too, but as it turned out we sailed through with help from a UA representative. Graham gave us enough time to get through check-in and then rang us to make sure we were ok, which we thought was very thoughtful of him. Andy collected us from Southampton. Thanks to them both, but especially to Graham.

I wanted to say how impressed we were (again) with the service provided. The car was clean and the driver (Alan) on time and courteous. After getting us to the destination for our daughter's wedding in South London in good time, Alan explained that he would also be our driver for the return trip (from a different venue) that evening. He said he would text when he was outside the venue probably about 30 minutes before our booked time in case we were ready and wished for the flexibility to leave early. This was the case and we were duly collected about 25 minutes earlier than originally booked and were very pleased to get home earlier than expected at the end of a tiring day. A typically good experience and the unexpected flexibility was a very welcome bonus.
Thank you for your service from Gatwick Airport last Saturday. Your lady was there waiting with a smile even though I was delayed. Kindly ask if I needed anything from the shop so I was able to get some milk for that much needed cup of tea!! The weather was awful but the drive home was warm and friendly. Hi Just to say a big thanks for the help with our return flight earlier this week. Sorry for any confusion with the flight details, which airport we could be at etc. The flight number i sent to you end of last week came from the CAA website, when we got to the airport if was different & then when we eventually got on the plane it was different again. Thank you for the superb service we received for our pick up from home to Heathrow in April and then our return from Heathrow to home in July. The booking was handled very professionally with clear details about the arrangements and the costs. The two chauffeurs Andy and Jonny were excellent. They were on-time, extremely helpful and drove their spotlessly clean and roomy Mercedes E Class cars with great care on the nightmare of a motorway that the M25 has become.
