To receive a full refund, you must give us 24 hours’ notice or more.
This is so we can track your flight and be in the airport at the correct time to meet you.
Please call the office as soon as you hear so we can amend your transfer to the new flight.
We do not have any wheelchair accessible vehicles.
You need to advise the office of the extra addresses when booking, as this incurs an extra cost. The drivers will only pickup and drop off to the addresses in the booking.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled booking time or allocated time slot, waiting time charges may be applied.
If you anticipate a delay, please contact our office as soon as possible; failing to notify us may result in additional charges and could affect our ability to provide your service. (Please note: This policy does not apply to airport or seaport transfers, which are subject to separate terms and conditions).
Pre-payment must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to the first day of your transfer, this can be made over the phone on 01424446655 by credit / debit card or cash / cheque at the office. We accept all major Credit and Debit cards including Amex. However if you are making a booking that is within the 2 weeks prior to your transfer, full payment will have to be made when booking.

If no payment is received, the vehicle will not be dispatched.
Whilst this scenario is rare, sometimes things happen that are outside of our control i.e. accidents on motorway/unexpected road closures. You would be contacted to advise that they are running behind schedule, and they would update you with regards to a replacement driver and vehicle if necessary or their estimated time of arrival (ETA).
